Robert Mitchell is stepping down as Interim Leader of the PEI Liberals.
Mitchell released a statement Monday night saying that he has informed the PEI Liberal Caucus and Executive of his intention to step down. He says the past few months have been a tremendous experience, and as a result of positive feedback, he is stepping down to give consideration to permanent leadership.
