The Charlottetown Police Street Crime Unit has laid charges against a 38-year old Charlottetown man in regards to a number of thefts.
On November 13th, officers were called to the Bell Aliant Centre about someone stealing an ATM machine. As a result of the investigation, police identified a suspect who was also a suspect in several other thefts within the city.
The man is facing one charge of theft over $5000; 4 counts of theft under $5000; one count of Mischief under $5000, plus breach-related charges. Police say further charges are expected.
