The PEI Progressive Conservative party will select a new party leader on February 9th. The Party has announced that’s when it will hold a leadership convention at the Eastlink Centre in Charlottetown. In a first, the convention will use electronic voting, giving voters the option to cast ballots either by phone or Internet, using secure PIN numbers. Other details, such as dates in the nomination process, will be released in the coming weeks.
