Kings District RCMP say an arrest was made early Thursday morning after police got a tip about a 26 year old man driving in Montague while under the influence of drugs.
Police responded and found the man behind the wheel of his vehicle, parked, with keys in the ignition.
The driver failed a Standard Field Sobriety Test and then failed a test at the police station.
He was charged with impaired, and is facing a date in Georgetown court.
