More candidates are lining up for the November 5th civic elections across PEI.
Wayne Spin has announced his intention to seek the Ward 10 seat in the newly amalgamated Town of Three Rivers.
Spin has served on the Montague town council for six years.
Councillor Peter Meggs is re-offering in Cornwall.
He’s served three terms on council and is also a former deputy mayor in Cornwall.
Newcomer Rob Harding is offering in Stratford for Ward 2 Stewart Cove.
He’s a school bus driver who is actively involved in the community and has been a coach in minor baseball and has been involved in Pownal Minor Hockey as well as serving as a minor official for UPEI hockey in the AUS.
In Summerside, Councillor Tyler DesRoches is seeking the Ward 8 Wilmot seat once again.
He’s served one term.
Paul Kelly is running in Ward 1 St. Eleanors-Bayview.
Kelly is former city employee in Summerside who now works for Maritime Electric.
He also is a 29-year veteran of the St. Eleanors and Summerside Fire Departments.
