A 25-year old Montague man is facing several charges after being arrested Friday night by police responding to complaints about an ATV.
The first call was about an ATV being driven within the Town of Montague. As the RCMP was responding, they got another call that the ATV driver had struck a car in a parking lot and took off.
The suspect was arrested at his home shortly after, and he’s facing two charges of Driving While Prohibited, Dangerous Operation of Motor Vehicle, Fail to Remain at Scene of Accident, and Breach of Probation.
