The latest poll from Corporate Research Associates shows the Green Party of PEI has moved slightly ahead of the Liberals in support among decided voters.
The survey puts Green Party support at 38%, up from May’s 33%. The Liberals have 35% support among decided voters, up slightly from 34% in May. Support for the Progressive Conservatives is down 6-points from May to 20%, while 7% support the NDP.
The undecided mark is at 20%.
49% of residents are satisfied with the Liberal government.
With regards to leader preference, Green Leader Peter Bevan-Baker is the choice of 38%, while Liberal Premier Wade MacLauchlan has 25% support, PC Leader James Aylward 16%, and the NDP’s Joe Byrne is at 4%.
