A large crowd turned out for Wednesday night’s Public Schools Branch meeting to hear the results of the Charlottetown Area Schools Consultation.
The input received was formed into a number of proposals in dealing with issues such as overcrowding in some of the existing schools. Those proposals ranged from building a new secondary school in Stratford, to building additions to Charottetown Rural and other schools.
Many in the crowd were from Stratford as they push for a new school or schools in the town.
The Public Schools Branch will take feedback on the proposals and make a decision next month.
