Members of the Montague RCMP Detachment have charged another Kings County man with impaired driving.
Police stopped a pickup truck on Route #4 in Brudenell shortly after midnight Thursday and the 29 year-old Glenmartin man allegedly smelled of liquor.
He failed a roadside screening test and was then taken to the Montague Detachment where he provided two breathalizer samples which were both over the legal limit.
He was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in Georgetown Provincial Court in the coming weeks.
