A 27-year old Summerside man has been found guilty in provincial court of ‘Damage to Property’ and ‘Theft’.
He was arrested in May after Summerside Police responded to a report of a suspicious person and found a man “tagging” a building on Water Street with graffiti.
As part of his sentence, he must perform 100 hours of community service work, which police say will include cleaning graffiti around the city.
