Wyatt Stirton Douglas was sentenced to 10 days in jail for making sexually explicit comments to 3 females on two separate occasions in Victoria Park.
The first incident was on July 5th when Douglas approached two 16-year-old girls who were having a picnic. The second occurred July 7th when he approached a 60 year-old woman while she was sitting in her vehicle the park.
Police also received a call later that day regarding Douglas loitering near Confederation Centre of the Arts.
Douglas is banned from Victoria Park, Victoria Row and Confederation Landing Park in Charlottetown.
