Two apartments damaged in a Friday night fire in West Royalty.
The Charlottetown Fire Department was called to the scene of six-unit building on Beach Grove Road.
Six people have been displaced temporarily following the blaze but there were no injuries.
The Canadian Red Cross is assisting five women and a toddler with emergency lodging , food, clothing and other basics.
Three of the women shared the apartment where the fire is believed to have begun.
Two other woman and an 18-month old boy lived in the adjacent apartment unit that had significant smoke dame.
Repairs are expected to take a few weeks for the fire damage in the apartment where the three women lived.
