The spring session of the PEI Legislature is over after sitting for 39 days.
The spring session ended last night.
19 bills were passed during the sitting.
The government tabled a second straight balanced budget in April with a $1.5 million surplus for 2018-19.
Premier Wade MacLauchlan was pleased with the budget coming in balanced for another year.
The legislation that passed varied from rules that will deal with the incoming legalization of cannabis to a referendum on electoral reform that will take place in the next provincial election.
