A consumer advocacy group says P-E-I has not planned enough recreational marijuana sales outlets to stop people from buying pot illegally.
David Clement of the Consumer Choice Center says the Island will need to have more outlets and more companies supplying the pot if it wants to keep it off the black market.
He says that having just four stores is not accessible enough.
In December, the province announced that marijuana will be sold in four government-operated retail outlets and online.
