PC Opposition Leader James Aylward says Wednesday’s cabinet shuffle signals the seventh time in three years there are different faces around the cabinet table. He says he hopes this shuffle will result in different approaches by government.
He points to Robert Mitchell’s move to Health, saying he hopes Mitchell will bring new urgency to addressing what he calls our mental health crisis. Aylward says he would also expect that Richard Brown will give fair consideration to the Opposition idea of all party cooperation to develop the Water Act regulations
