Under questioning from the Opposition Thursday, Environment Minister Richard Brown apologized in the legislature for an incident outside Province House in 2016.
Brown admitted that he gestured at someone with his middle finger as he posed for a picture while the person shouted for government to honour the vote in the electoral reform plebiscite.
Brown acknowledged that he shouldn’t have done that, and that it’s regrettable.
