A former Charlottetown councillor is once again vying for the mayor’s chair in November’s civic election.
Philip Brown announced last week that he’s running for mayor for a third time.
He previously lost to incumbent Clifford Lee in 2010 and 2014.
Brown is the third candidate in the race, joining financial consultant Jamie Larkin and former councillor Cecil Villard.
