Work has started work on the rehabilitation of the main runway at the Charlottetown Airport.
It’s the final piece of a 3-year Runway Improvement Program that started in 2016.
The runway will be closed to traffic later this week until November, so all plane traffic will use the secondary runway that was extended to 7-thousand feet in the work completed last year.
