The R-C-M-P says it has decided not to lay any charges following an investigation into the province’s failed e-gaming scheme.
The Mounties say investigators could find no evidence of criminality in the file, which involved the province’s bid to become Canada’s online gambling regulator.
The auditor general has said there was inappropriate secrecy and other problems with the file — including the deletion of government emails that should have been retained.
