A 46-year old man has been sentenced to 65 days in jail for driving while impaired with his two children in his truck.
He pleaded guilty Monday to failing a breathalyzer in Charlottetown on February 24th.
In addition to the jail time to be served on weekends, he was also fined 13-hundred dollars and ordered to pay 390-dollars to the Victims of Crime Fund. The Judge said the presence of the children and the fact he was more than double the legal limit were aggravating factors.
