Nikita Alexandrov provided the winner only 27 seconds into OT.
P.O. Joseph tied the game with only 8 seconds left in regulation.
The Isles have won four in a row and 13 of 15 and find themselves just 4 points behind first place Acadie-Bathurst. The Islanders visit Cape Breton on Sunday.
The Titan dropped Cape Breton, 6-1. Summerside defenseman Noah Dobson had an assist for Acadie-Bathurst.

The UNB Varsity Reds are still undefeated in regulation after walloping the UPEI Panthers, 8-1 in Fredericton in AUS men’s.
Chris Clapperton led the attack with two goals and an assist. Marcus Power had the only Panthers goal on shorthanded effort. UPEI (4-11-1) has lost 3 in a row,
UNB is tied for first with St. F.X. with a 13-0-2 record.
The X-Men got by Acadia 2-1 on a third period goal from Matt Needham.

The Montague Stallions of the NorthEast Senior Hockey League have issued a statement saying they are re-organizing due to soft fan support, player availability and delays in sponsorship funding.
Their home game tonight against Bouctouche has been cancelled. Chris Doyle, a player with the Stallions has issued an apology to the fan base and says the players have asked for team General Manager Tom Walker to step down and sign things over to the player personnel.
More details on the club’s future expected in coming days.
