A former commander of army cadets in P-E-I is facing a court martial.
Captain Todd Bannister faces nine charges following allegations of inappropriate behaviour — though none of the charges have been proven in a military court.
The charges stem from at least four incidents alleged to have occurred between 2013 and 2015 when Bannister led the 148 Charlottetown Army Cadets Corps.
The Office of the Judge Advocate General says the allegations deal with inappropriate language and sexual innuendo.
