The Los Angeles Dodgers evened the World Series with a five run 9th inning as they stunned the Houston Astros, 6-2.
The series is tied, 2-2 with Game 5 tonight at 9.00.
Rookie Cody Bellinger doubled home the go ahead run and Joc Pederson hit a three-run homer in the top of the 9th.
Clayton Kershaw who was dominant in the opening game will face Dallas Keuchel in tonight’s pivotal game.

Astros first baseman Yuri Gurriel will serve a five game suspension at the start of next season after being suspended by MLB for making racial gestures and remarks against Japanese born Dodgers pitcher Yu Darvish in the third game of the World Series. Gurriel has apologized.

Holland College lost in the national baseball semi-finals, 4-1 to Saint Clair. Josh MacDonald homered for the Hurricanes.

The Charlottetown Islanders win streak reached six games in the Q. The Isles blanked the Rouyn-Noranda Huskies, 2-0. Matt Welsh with the shutout.
Sullivan Sparkes and Keith Getson had the goals. Only the second loss this season for the Huskies.
The Islanders are 6-7-1. They visit Halifax this afternoon.
Summerside’s Jeremy McKenna got his 10th and 11th goals and an assist as Moncton doubled Victoriaville, 6-3.
Halifax edged Cape Breton, 4-3.

The first place Edmundston Blizzard improved their record to 10-3 with a 3-2 clipping of the Summerside Western Capitals in the Maritime Junior League.
Logan Johnston with two goals as the Blizzard scored three times in the second.
Summerside had a brief 2-0 lead in the first on goals by TJ Shea and Jordan Spence. The Caps are 6-7-1.

Five straight losses for the UPEI men’s Panthers who lost a wild one, 7-5 to the Acadia Axemen.
Their were seven goals in the second. Four them scored by the Axemen.
Sam Fioretti and Kyle Farrell scored twice. Boston Leier had a goal and three assists.
Gabe Guertler, Darcy Ashley, Filip Rydstrom, Ryan MacKinnn and Kameron Keilly for the Panthers. Keilly added three assists. UPEI now 2-5-1.
St. F.X. is 8-0 after a 5-1 win over Dalhousie. UNB stopped Saint Mary’s. 5-1.

The UPEI women’s Panthers exploded for five goals in the third period on their to a 7-2 win over Mount Allison. Three of the goals on power plays.
Rachel Colle and Faith Steeves had two goals each. UPEI is 2-2-1.

The Dalhousie Tigers used a 4th quarter touchdown to beat the Holland College Hurricanes, 21-18 in the Atlantic Football League semi-final. The Canes led 10-0 early in the see saw battle.

Holland College will seek a fourth straight Atlantic conference championship facing Mount St. Vincent in Saint John today. The Canes won their semi-final match, 3-0 over Crandall for their 13th straight win.
