An exciting night in store Monday for Island hockey fans as the Kraft Hockeyville NHL exhibition game is set for 7:00 at Credit Union Place. The Ottawa Senators against the New Jersey Devils. The Sens should have a couple familiar faces in the lineup as it’s expected Dion Phaneuf and former Charlottetown Islander Filip Chlapik will play. Phaneuf talked to the media after the morning practice, and discussed his excitement about playing in PEI. He says the excitement of the fans is obvious with the packed rink for the morning practice. Phaneuf says O’Leary worked hard to become Kraft Hockeyville 2017, and deserves these celebrations.
