A big drop in gasoline prices overnight, after we’d seen big increases over the past couple weeks.
The Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission approved a decrease of 7.7 cents per litre in gasoline prices. That took effect at midnight. It means that regular self-serve prices will now range from about $1.11 to $1.12 per litre.

There`s no change in the price of furnace oil, stove oil or diesel at this point.
