A 24 year-old Charlottetown man faces charges of impaired driving after police observed him operating a vehicle early Sunday morning without headlights.
Charlottetown Police were conducting routine patrols at 3:25 am on Allen Street and saw the vehicle operating without its’ headlights
After stopping the vehicle, police believed the male driver to be impaired and issued the breathalyzer. His readings were over 3 times the legal limit and he was then charged with the offense.
He’ll be appearing in provincial court.
