Some changes today for a long-time player in PEI’s tourism industry and Charlottetown’s business landscape.
The Charlottetown Inn and Conference Centre has been sold to a British Columbia-based company.
First Canadian Management Corp. owns hotels in Quebec, Ontario and Alberta and now the Charlottetown operation on Grafton Street.
Formerly known as Best Western Charlottetown, as well as MacLauchlan’s Hotel for most of its existence, the Charlottetown Inn and Conference Centre includes 143 hotel units and 8000 sq ft of meeting space.
