Two major sport-tourism events will descend on Charlottetown on Canada Day Weekend
Thousands of visitors are expected in the capital city for the 2017 ScotDance Canada Championship Series and the 2017 STIHL Timbersports Canadian Champions Trophy.
The ScotDance Canada Championship Series features the Canadian Highland Dancing Championships and the ScotDance Canada Open Championships. The event will be held at the PEI Convention Centre Thursday through to July 3rd, and will welcome more than 950 highland dancers, as well as family, friends, and fans.
Meanwhile, for the STIHL Timbersports Canadian Champions Trophy, the top professional Axe-Men in the country will head to Victoria Park Friday and Saturday as part of the City’s Canada 150 celebrations.
