Ottawa and the province have announced support for Anderson’s Grand Victorian, a new wedding venue in PEI.
The Federal Government, through ACOA’s Business Development Program, is providing a $115,000 repayable loan towards renovations and marketing efforts. The Province is providing $175,000 in repayable support with the creation of the facility’s website.
The company is turning what was a vacant 140-year old church, into The Grand Victorian, a destination wedding venue equipped to accommodate 120 guests and provide flexibility for indoor and outdoor weddings. When not in use for weddings, the property will be available for social and business rentals and overnight accommodations.
