A majority of Islanders remain satisfied with the performance of the federal government according to the most recent survey conducted by Corporate Research Associates.
65% of Islanders are satisfied with the performance of the federal government, while 28% are dissatisfied.
In terms of voting intentions, 58% of decided voters in PEI support the Liberals. That is down from 66% in February. It appears the Conservatives capitalized on the Liberal drop as 24% of decided voters in PEI support the Conservatives, a jump up from 14% three months ago. The Green Party has 11% support and the NDP 7%.
Liberal Justin Trudeau remains the preferred choice for Prime Minister of 51% of PEI voters.
